we were out with griffin saturday morning and found a little fox out in front of the barn. dan shot some high quality video and we noticed the fox looked a little sick. so we called the county wildlife rehab folks, who came out to try and capture the fox.
2 "youngsters" came out with a cage & big nets to try and catch the fox. they went through the barn a few times, and also noticed our dolls in the well. they came inside and watched the video, agreed that the fox has mange, and suggested we try and catch it in a cardboard box.

i hear you're serving pork chops today. we'll bring him over.
everytime I see one of dan's movies I get this urge to run out and buy an hd video camera, but then I realize I rarely use the video camera that I have.
god those poor kids who came out to find the fox probably thought they were gonna end up in the well!
