i keep reading about the new KFC "double down" sandwich. i'm completely mesmerized and it looks like the best/ worst sangwich ever. although it seems low carb... maybe i'll have to go back on the atkins diet!
i'll have to write about this on the weightloss blog i started. i really have the worst eating habits and a true love of breaded food, bacon & cheese. but i ate a salad for lunch yesterday!
sigh... i'll be seeing you soon colonel sanders....

oh, they discontinued cheesy tots. too bad, they would have made a lovely side dish to this sandwich!
