ok, here's the scoop: a spot opened up on another floor (closer to my QA peeps) and i snapped it up. it's a small office inside "the cave", and i share it with one nice lady who is in meetings a lot. we have 2 huge windows and opened the blinds to let the sun in. i am facing south and see the trust tower right outside the window, and the rotunda below.
the trust tower is really interesting to read about and i hope they someday get it opened up and running! it's considered a "brutalist" skyscraper and there's been tons of controversy around the building since it was built in 1971. i think it looks like little mouse holes and would love to sneak in and check out the weird architecture.
yes, i am a total architecture geek.
so.... to sum it up. i found a sweet little spot to sit with a cool co-worker and a nice view of the mouse holes. dig it!!!

that looks like a lunch room table...It looks quite long...at least you got a window..what direction does it face?
good view....I guess they are not going to tear the mouse holes down...
