there's a bounty on my head at work. my last day is the 28th, and there's a $5 offer to the first person who makes me cry. dammit! i've gotten so sentimental in my old age.
the folks over in india even got me a gift! a really cute pink leather cell phone holder. i also got emails from the people who worked on my team, thanking me. they all said the same thing too, that i was fun to work with, that i worked hard, and that i made everyone feel like they could decide how they wanted to work. it means a lot to me, that people in another country felt like i supported them and allowed them to think for themselves and made their jobs enjoyable.
in today's morning meeting, my boss shellie talked about how much everyone is going to miss me, and how i did so well as lead, and then she hugged me! she had her cell phone ready to get a photo if i cried, so she could claim the $5 bounty. hahahahahaha! and my favorite developer just took me to starbucks for my venti quad gingerbread latter (skim & sugar free.)

besides work stuff, i'm trying to get on a budget. my jeep lease is up in a few months and i have no idea what kind of car i want. i need to save money for a down payment. and i want a new digital camera! ah well, it will all work out.

also, i tried sorting my "peeps & homies" list of blogs by relevance. i put the blogs with most recent updates at the top and the lazy bloggers at the bottom. lisa ann has been in mexico since summer! (but i will be seeing her tonight, so i'll get photographic proof of her existence.)

By the way, while we had Lil' Mojito over at the photo studio last week for his x-mas and 1 yr pictures, a lady was wearing a red tube-top for her family's holiday pics. Now, that is KLASSY!
Granted, we were technically in Lorain, so it wasn't a huge surprise. But, she should have at least not made such a big fuss over me trying to put a dollar in her g-string.
I don't think I should be punished for not blogging, since I've become a full-time contributor to "glittergirl in the city". My Uncle Tank stories and witty commentaries on life just don't have a home on my lifeless husk of a shell formerly known as a "blog" Ahh well, as long as lisa ann doesn't blog anytime soon, I won't be dead last on the list!
Glittergirl is very strict with her peeps and homies blogging...If you snooze you lose...I kind of liked being on the bottom of the list...better than being crowded up in the middle....
