this makes me feel little better about humanity...
with the talk in comments about "marching band geeks" (or "band fags" as we were called 20 years ago), i wanted to post a link to something.......good! i caught an ad for this new public service campaign, teaching kids it's not ok to call something "gay" when you mean bad, stupid, weird or lame. click here to read the details. i love it!!!

I just watched Louis C.K.'s show on showtime I think. I'm not sure if it was a new performance or old, but I hadn't seen it before. He had a whole bit on where he uses 'f*g&0t' and where it doesn't mean what you think it means and it was actually pretty funny and made sense.
I, of course, grew up listening to my brother call everything he didn't like as gay. So, your experience may differ.
