i was going to get funny images to go along with my list. i got the vegetable steamer, then went to find pics of the jonas brothers & hannah montana and gave up. i can't have a coworker walk in and see me looking at pics of these teenagers online!

shuffle/random on itunes - After I went through that whole big explanation of how shuffle works, you still don't understand it...*sigh* you're hopeless
sports - unless we're talking crazy sports like cricket or cornhole, I don't see what's not to be understood

poodles - poodles I'm ok with. labradoodles..confuse me. do the poodle and/or labrador have to get really drunk first? why didn't poodles and labradors hook up in the past?

video games - don't see what's not to understand, course I do have a large collection of them so we're on two different wavelengths there
dance crews - I'm actually strangely attracted to watching the dance crew shows now. They definitely put forth alot of effort into their choreography. that and the chicks are hot.
rss feeds - love 'em, I don't go to websites much anymore, I just go to google reader and it's all there for me in one place.
vegetable steamers - are you confused on the usage or the purpose?
purity rings - yeah, this is basically a way to visually see someone's purported virginity. I guess kids these days need more proof. maybe I should get one? do they make them in fat old-man sizes? :-P
We watched about 5 seconds of some Jonas brothers "concert" while flipping through channels last night.
I turned to my wife and said, "So, basically they gave the backstreet boys a guitar and taught them how to pretend to play while lip syncing to crappy music. Correct?"

I do agree, J. Tweedy has taken the band in an unusual direction, but they're still 100 times better than 75% of the crap that's out there.
If my math is correct, that means there are 4 good bands in the world.

um..... this is hard! finding a band that is current, and not a solo artist (like bjork or tom waits) is tough.
