theres always something to blame for your burnt cookies...did you ever consider buying cookies already baked? duh..Or maybe not eating cookies...I say if Dan wants cookies he can bake them...
By the way, parchment paper doesn't prevent cookies from burning...it just keeps them from sticking...duh again...maybe you should try making them on your grill, since you are the grill master...

Only you can burn cookies even with parchment paper.
Hey, important job lady. Here's what a real baker does. Ef a timer. Look at them, and take them out when they're done.
hahahahahaha!
me no like to bake. me like crockpot.
i burned those cookies using parchment paper AND they are all pre-cut. even a monkey could bake those cookies without a problem.
but a monkey with a big important job, they'd burn those cookies too.
also, i was blogging at the time, so i didn't realize the timer was dead until i smelled the smoke.
so blame the blog!

This could be like the sangwich debate! I maintain that BY preventing the edges of the cookie from sticking, parchment paper does hedge some burning.
Don't make me call out my secret weapon Washington DC Government agency workin' cookie baking expert.
why must my blog always end in food fights and tears? LMAO!
i was going to point out that the parchment paper would do little good in preventing burning, but SDS is the baking expert.
she once spent a month baking cinnamin rolls, trying to perfect the recipe. lisa ann & i benefitted from her baking obessions for sure!
