glittergirl-groundcat vacation 2007 contest!!!!
we're not going back to bonnaroo.....
but that's about all i know. it was about a year ago that i met this crabby-faced boy (it was over 90 degrees in that tent.) we lasted about a day and 1/2 at the festival and would never go back (unless tom waits were MC-ing the entire event and will oldham, bjork, hem and billy joel were all booked!) 2 people with a dislike for crowds and heat have no business attending a 4 day hippie-fest in southern tennesse!
so what should we do on our vacation this year? we've got 9 days off and so far no major plans. we're thinking of just sticking around home, maybe a few day trips. all of my bossy friends and family must have some suggestions. so let's have a contest. comment on vacation ideas for us. we don't want to spend a ton of money or be gone from home more then a day or 2 at a time. so boss us with some vacation ideas! if you suggest something and we use your idea, well... you don't get anything, except bragging rights as the "bossy vacation know it all."
