my lovely office mate shalini let me take the pics.  she did the henna designs herself.  we had fun trying to get a good picture in our tiny coat closet/ office.

harvery pekar RIP...

 another one of my idols, weird celebrity crush, etc... has passed away.  here's the story in the news.  i just thought he was so amazing on those old letterman episodes.  funny, angry, defiant, and depressed all at once.

i saw him eating at tommy's in coventry a few years back.  his eye brows were like bushy goat horns and he looked annoyed & rushed as he ate his tuna salad sandwich.  i decided not to ask for an autograph.

i guess i always felt good knowing there was a cleveland curmudgeon out there fighting the good fight...

 i never got to met harvey, but i did get a hug from toby at some horror convention.  he was very sweet!
