i love to take a pic of someone into photoshop and mess with it. it's one of my favorite ways to relax and kill an hour. i try to make the photo more flattering, then to take it and screw it up real bad. make the person look horrible, older, weirder, etc..... here's some examples of what i did with a recent photo of myself:
