i saw deer out front after work

a new pink flower bloomed right outside the door. (i was wondering which flowers of groundcat's great aunt ruth were going to bloom next!)

these grow at the front of the yard and are my favorites

and now for a rant....
why are these pierogi's called "sophie's choice"? i loved the film and remember sobbing for most of the 3 hours. it was not an upbeat movie. and look how that pierogi looks so goofy! why not name them "schindler's list pierogi's- full of wacky fun!"

how bout Sleepaway camp pierogi's?? haha... I guess that doesn't make sense either...

I'm going to bring a big bag of "Angela's Sleepaway Camp Marshmallows" to the big Halloween party! Don't you remember when I pointed out this pierogi-oddity when I first moved to Lakewood? I love eating them with a big helping of Shindler's List Sour Kraut.
