the poster above is from one of my favorite films. divine plays dawn davenport, a hideous girl who runs away from home after her parents don't get her cha-cha heels for xmas. she runs away and is brutally rape (by herself dressed as a man!) on a dirty mattress and has a baby girl. she leads a life of crime and is eventuallyhidesouly scarred for life. the end of the film feature her in some kind of hideous outfit, with facial scars, a mohawk and a ton of makeup, going wild on a trampoline. best movie ever!

yes, that was random. i lost my post from yesterday (featuring rants about robots, sleestaks and people who say "too funny!") so i don't have the energy to re-write the lost post, and you get this one instead.

p.s. i called in sick AGAIN. my back is killing me and i am burned out. or is it burnt out. either way, i am toast.....

Didn't Divine eat dog poo in one movie? I vaguely recall actively blocking that at some point. I'm sorry, but once you've eaten dog poo, you can no longer answer to the moniker "Divine"...

And I loved that damned Land of the Lost. "Marshall, Will and Holly...on a routine expedition...." I used to be obsessed with those shiny marble things that they would mix together to make puffs of smoke to scare those creepy Sleestacks off. You had to wonder how those Sleestacks got anything done with those weird, stiff, pointy pig-hoof hands they had. And that Will was dreamy....I wonder if he's still stuck there with that hideous Chaka the albino monkey man. I used to want to kick that thing in the face...him and that dumbass Holly both...

Wow. Talk about random ranting.

I'm just surprised that Magalotti remembers so much about the show....Its amazing what information our brains retain....Only things of interest I assume....

You need to check out the works of Gregory Crewdson photographer.....his surreal scenes of American homes and neighborhoods might put him on your list of troubled artists....
