i love electricity!!!!

and let's not forget thales and pliney the elder! (ok, i'm not that smart. i've been on wiki...)

so after work yesterday i went for batteries for the radio, big bags of ice, snacks bottled water, beer, and bottles starbucks. total survival mode! we survived the night, and around 1am the power came back on. woo hoo!!! while getting ready for work this morning, i had on every light and fan in the house, plus the tv and iMac. i soaked in the electricity, bathed in the fluorescent lights, turned on the oven, the AC and plugged in some old christmas lights. ok, maybe i'm exaggerating....

mojito-i couldn't find any cool vintage cartoons of a husband in an antique wheelchair, spinning his wedding band, or playing AC/DC in pajamas.

groundcat- it's ok to make innapropriate comments on this blog. now that we're married, you've got a whole circle of inappropriate family, friends, and bloggers who appreciate anything upsetting or inapropriate you might have to say. heck, mojito called my mom retarded last week!
