dan's dark side...


everyone knows how nice dan is. he's funny and sweet as hell. a really nice guy. but i've recently discovered a dark side. it's something i noticed before we lived together, but maybe i didn't want to deal with it. it's like finding out the person you're with is a heroin addict (or maybe has a well in his yard full of dead animals.)

dan is a crabby chore guy.

here's a shot of dan loading up his car with recycling. look at that face! so angry! i've seen him pissed off at storm windows, and yelling at vacumme cleaners too. check him out loading a uhaul:

my name is glittergirl and my boyfriend is a crabby chore guy. there, i said it. now i need to find a support group (or at least a lifetime movie) to help me cope with the pain...

it's not me that brings it out! it's CHORES!

at first it bothered me. i took it personally. then i realized he wasn't mad at ME, but mad at the act of doing chores. so now i sit back and watch him get pissed off and LMAO....

jennifer, i will definitely join the support group. we can call it WSBCCG(WOMEN SCARRED BY CRABBY CHORE GUY.Imagine the depth of my pain....for the last 33 3/4 ish years.

btw, what is a vacumme cleaner? i have heard of a vacuum cleaner but never a vacumme cleaner. is that a French orgin? How exactly do you pronounce that?

ah, i am dating CCG and his sister is a SN (spelling nazi)! hahahaha! it's ok, mag's would have corrected me sooner or later. and the duchess can tell you i've been spelling vacuum wrong since we were roomies in columbus 10 years ago. i think i also mispelled couch as "coach" and she mocks me about that to this day...

Nothing wrong with crabby. Though there is a lot wrong with vacumme. It's VACUUM - jeez. Ten years is a long time to be spelling the same word wrong.

Ok. What were the conditions of the situation? Did you boss him to do chores? Come on Jennifer. I know you. You're incredibly bossy. It's totally acceptable for a guy to be crabby when his wife/S.O bosses him. I think I would like to schedule you both for a session of relationship building. When are you free for an appointment?

mike, maybe your SO/wife is bossy, but not me! i have never bossed dan to clean anything, ever!everyone assumes i am the bossy one, but i am telling you, it's dan!!!!

someday i am going to get some hidden camera footage of that boy yelling at me about mis-filing his AC/DC CDs and it's going on youtube for the world to see!!!

Maybe I could drive to Cleve-O when Dan is really crabby and cuss at your mop. It would be like living on Wilber Avenue again!
