i think there's a way to find a balance, when it's not an addiction. it means being a "grown up" and making better choices.
You know, my problem isn't drinking when I'm upset but eating. I eat like a starving prison camp patron and I can't help. I've gained over 100 pounds in 5 years... That's 20 pounds a year!!!
First you have to decide if its a habit or an addiction...And is there an actual difference between the two?
